Who we are
We work inside how your agency actually runs, we build what is missing around your current tools, and we stay until your team is genuinely using it.
Our conviction
The agencies we meet know how to value a property, how to negotiate, how to close. Nobody needs to explain their trade to them. What they cannot do is free up time to go and win listings, because their week is full before it starts.
Monday is for canvassing, Tuesday for calling back the weekend viewers, Wednesday afternoon for desk duty. Winning listings, which is the only activity that fills the portfolio, gets pushed to Thursday, into whatever time is left.
In between, the negotiator writes listings, keys them into the software, pushes them to the portals, drafts viewing reports, follows up with buyers, completes files and chases missing documents. None of it requires their judgment. All of it takes their time.
That is exactly where our work starts. We automate these tasks, without changing the team's tools, without changing their habits, and without ever questioning the agency's headcount.
How we work
No installation starts without a week spent inside the agency, recording what gets keyed in, what gets chased and what falls through. We never start from a catalogue of solutions.
Your transaction software stays in place and stays your reference. We build around it. No migration, no data transfer, no new subscription imposed.
An agent prepares, someone on your team reads and approves before anything goes out in the agency's name. We never let a machine speak to your clients on its own.
We stay through the handover, job by job. An automation nobody uses does not count, and we do not count it as delivered.
Our story
Tramontane comes out of several years building data-driven, automated commercial systems for European companies. The same finding came back on every engagement. What blocked things was almost never the commercial strategy, but the number of hours teams spent on repetitive tasks.
The problem is particularly acute in real estate. The week follows a fixed rhythm, the repetitive tasks are easy to identify, and winning listings, which is the most profitable activity, is always the first to be sacrificed.
So we stopped selling advice and started installing. What we deliver is not a report, not a recommendation, not a transformation plan. It is working automations, connected to the tools the agency already owns, and used by its team the following week.
The technology we install is nothing new, and that is not what matters. What matters is knowing precisely which hours to give back, to whom, and in what order. That is what separates a useful installation from one more tool.
Scope
We do not work with sole traders, who have no team to relieve, nor with large national networks running their own IT department, whose decision cycles do not match our format.
Engagement
Share your context to arrange a 30-minute conversation, so we can look together at where your team's time goes and what gets connected first.
