Careers

Join a team that installs, and stays until its work is actually used.

We are a small team. Everyone goes into the field and meets the people who will use what we build. Nobody here ships work they have not watched run.

Open positions

Four open profiles at the firm.

Automation engineer

You build the automations and install them at our clients. Integration with real estate agency software, processing chains, agents, and supervision of what runs in production. You work with interfaces that are not always documented, in environments you do not control. Engineering or development background, comfortable integrating existing systems and comfortable with the idea that unused work does not count.

Field adoption consultant

You spend the assessment week inside the agency, you watch the real work, you count the hours. Then you stay through the handover, you train job by job, you report blockers back to the engineering team. This role decides whether an installation succeeds or fails. Field profile, patient, able to earn the trust of a negotiator who asked for none of this.

Applied AI engineer

You design the agents that produce listings, viewing reports and files, and you calibrate them on how each agency writes. Systematic evaluation of the output, guardrails, quality measured over time. Machine learning or language-model systems background, with a high bar for anything that goes out in a client's name.

Operations analyst

You instrument what we install. How many hours given back, on which tasks, in which agency, and what goes unused. You prepare the client reviews and you keep the measurement honest, including when it is inconvenient for us. Analytical profile, comfortable with operational data and with contradicting the team that built the thing.

How we work

Four principles that structure the team.

One agency, one team

The same people follow an agency from assessment through adoption. No handover, no file passed on halfway through.

Honest measurement

We count the hours actually given back, and we count what goes unused too. The client sees both.

Decision close to the field

The team that spent the week inside the agency decides what gets installed and in what order. Not a remote committee.

Delivered means used

An automation nobody opens is not delivered. Until it is used, the team stays on it.
